▸RESPECTO AL PAGO• El pago debe ser del 100%, y el encargo se empezara una vez hecho y confirmado el pago.• No hay reembolsos. A no ser, que yo por fuerza mayor sea incapaz de terminar el trabajo. Dado ese caso, me comunicare con el cliente para la devolución por medio del correo desde el que se realizo el encargo.• El pago para Chile puede ser por medio de Cuenta RUT o MACH. Los pagos para otros países se hacen por medio de USD, siendo PayPal el único medio aceptado. Se agradece especificar desde un inicio cual medio de pago será utilizado.• Una vez aceptada la solicitud, se enviara el valor total junto a la factura de PayPal o los datos bancarios según corresponda.• El cliente tendrá un plazo de 48hrs para realizar el pago, de lo contrario, la comisión pasa inmediatamente a ser rechazada. Si el cliente necesita mas plazo para realizar el pago, puede informarlo en el correo y se puede llegar a un acuerdo.▸RESPECTO AL ENCARGO• Solo se aceparan encargos enviados al correo, al que se puede acceder haciendo click en el botón "CONTACT" en la pagina de inicio. No se aceptaran encargos hechos por mensajes de IG, sin embargo, responderé con gusto cualquier duda o consulta por este medio.• El correo debe incluir: Que tipo de comisión se quiere (Ej: Estilo #1, Medio Cuerpo, 2 personajes) y adjuntar referencias del personaje, persona o mascota. Se agradece si se envían otro tipo de referencias (Pose, ropa, etc).•Me reservo el derecho de rechazar la comisión si no me siento cómodo con la propuesta o con el cliente.• Me reservo el derecho de cancelar la comisión si no veo interés o respuesta del cliente, o si su trato hacia mi es inapropiado.• El cliente debe mandar referencias para el encargo, en el caso contrario, la comisión será rechazada.• Durante la etapa de boceto/sketch se aceptan cambios sin problema (Ej: pose, cabello, ropa, etc). Una vez el cliente apruebe el boceto, los cambios de este tipo tendrán cobro extra, este valor será proporcional al cambio.• Se enviaran avances durante cada etapa del proceso (Boceto, Lineart, Color) al correo desde el que se hizo la solicitud, estos tendrán una marca de agua por seguridad.• La comisión incluye un fondo estándar, liso y sencillo. En el caso de querer algo más complejo, se puede conversar. Fondos más complejos tendrán cobro extra, este valor será proporcional a la complejidad del fondo.▸RESPECTO A LOS PLAZOS Y ENTREGAS• El tiempo para completar un encargo puede ser desde 1 semana a 1 mes, dependiendo de su complejidad y de la carga que tenga al momento de aceptarlo. Se dará un plazo aproximado al momento de aceptar el encargo.• El cliente tiene el deber de señalar de antemano si el encargo se necesita para una fecha en especifico. Si esto no ocurre, y se da aviso durante el proceso, teniendo que aplazar otros encargos debido a la urgencia, se le aplicara un cobro extra, este valor será proporcional al tiempo.• En caso de cualquier demora en la comisión, se lo haré saber al cliente por medio del correo desde el que se hizo el encargo.• La entrega se hará por medio del correo desde el que se hizo el encargo.▸RESPECTO AL USO:• Comisiones son solo para uso personal.• En el caso de querer algo para uso comercial (Ej: publicidad, portadas, ilustración de libros, etc), los valores cambian. Además, si bien el cliente tendrá los derechos de distribución de la imagen, yo seguiré siendo el autor de la obra y por lo tanto deberé tener el merecido crédito de esta.• El cliente tiene el deber de especificar si su comisión es confidencial, osea, si no puedo compartirla en redes sociales. De lo contrario, se asumirá que puedo.• Si la comisión será subida a redes sociales, debe llevar los créditos correspondientes y mi perfil de la respectiva red etiquetado.• Todas las comisiones tendrán mi firma, la cual no debe ser borrada.• Bajo ningún concepto la comisión puede ser usada para NFT o en alguna IA.

TERMS OF SERVICE

▸ABOUT THE PAYMENT•The payment must be 100%, and the commission will start once the payment is made and confirmed.• No refunds. Unless, I am unable to complete the work. In that case, I will contact the client to arrange a refund via the email used to do the commission.• Payment for Chile can be made through Cuenta RUT or MACH. Payments for other countries are made in USD, with PayPal being the only accepted method. It is appreciated if you specify from the beginning which payment method will be used.• Once the request is accepted, the total amount will be sent along with the PayPal invoice or bank details.• The client will have a 48-hour deadline to make the payment, otherwise, the commission will immediately be rejected. If the client needs more time to make the payment, they can inform via email, and an agreement can be reached.▸ABOUT THE COMMISSION• Only orders sent via email will be accepted. You can access the email by clicking on the "CONTACT" button on the homepage. Orders made through IG messages will not be accepted; however, I will gladly respond to any questions through this medium.• The email must include: The type of commission requested (Example: Style #1, Half Body, 2 characters) and attach references of the character, person, or pet. Other types of references (Pose, clothing, etc) are appreciated.• I reserve the right to reject the commission if I am not comfortable with the proposal or with the client.• I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I do not see interest or response from the client, or if their treatment to me is inappropriate.• The client must provide references, otherwise, the commission will be rejected.• Changes are accepted during the sketch stage (Example: pose, hair, clothing, etc). Once the client approves the sketch, changes will have an additional charge, which will be proportional to the change.• Progress updates will be sent during each stage of the process (Sketch, Lineart, Color) to the email used for the request, these updates will have a watermark for security purposes.• The commission includes a plain and simple background. If you want something more complex, we can discuss it. More complex backgrounds will have an extra charge, this value will be proportional to the level of detail.▸ABOUT DEADLINES AND SENDING• The time to complete an order can be from 1 week to 1 month, depending on complexity and workload at the time of acceptance. When the order is accepted, I will give you an approximate date.• The client is responsible to notify in advance if the order is needed by a specific date. If this does not happend, and the notice is given during the process, resulting in postpone other orders, an additional charge will be applied, which will be proportional to the time.• In case of any delay in the commission, I will inform the client through the email used for the order.• The finished commission will be sent through the email used for the order.▸ABOUT THE USE:• Commissions are for personal use only.• In the case of wanting something for commercial use (Example: advertising, covers, book illustrations, etc.), the prices will change. Additionally, while the client will have distribution rights of the image, I will remain the author of the work and therefore deserve the appropriate credit for it.• The client must specify if their commission is confidential, (If I cannot share it on social media) Otherwise, it will be assumed that I can.• If the commission will be posted on social media, it must include the corresponding credits and tag my profile on the respective platform.• All commissions will have my signature, which must not be removed.• Under no circumstances the commission can be used for NFTs or in any AI.
